A tradition passed down through family
Ciao a tutti! I'm Andrea. I come from Sardinia, and baking has been in my family for four generations. I grew up surrounded by flour, dough and the aroma of freshly baked bread.
On weekends, my mother and I baked bread, pizza and focaccia; as a teenager, I helped out in the family bakery. That passion has never left me.
More than a decade ago, life brought me to Latvia. Longing for the pizza that reminded me of home in Italy, I began making it myself.
Years of experimentation, patience and curiosity about the secrets of dough became the foundation of the pizza I serve at Quattro Mori today. In Italy, food is more than a meal. It is a way to be together, share moments and show care for those closest to us.
Where Sardinia and Naples meet
The name Quattro Mori is no coincidence. It honors Sardinia and its historic symbol: a flag bearing the heads of four Moors.
